1. Agreement

By accessing or using Postte, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other terms and policies posted by us. If you do not agree, you must not use Postte.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Postte. If you are under the required age, you must not use the service.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and must keep your password secure.

  • You must not share your account credentials.

  • You must promptly notify us of any breach or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content You Provide

  • You retain all ownership rights in the content you submit to Postte (“Your Content”).

  • By submitting Your Content, you grant Postte a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, display and modify Your Content in connection with the service.

  • You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence, and that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use Postte to:

  • Harass, abuse or harm another person.

  • Promote violence, discrimination or hatred based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristic.

  • Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

  • Impersonate another person or entity or falsely claim an affiliation.

  • Spam, manipulate metrics, create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes, or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of Postte.

  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Content Moderation & Removal

  • Postte may remove or restrict access to any content or user account that violates these Terms or our policies.

  • We may suspend or terminate user accounts for repeated or serious violations.

  • We reserve the right to modify, refuse or remove any content for any reason at our discretion.

7. Privacy & Data

  • Use of Postte is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and disclose your information.

  • You agree that we may use metadata, aggregate information and other anonymised data derived from your use of the service.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Postte’s service and all software, design, pages, and content (excluding your content) are our property or licensed to us.

  • You agree not to copy, adapt, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using Postte at any time and delete your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account or access for any reason, including breach of these Terms, or at our discretion — with or without notice.

  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., licence grants, disclaimers, dispute resolution) will continue in full force.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Postte is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantee of uptime, reliability or suitability for a particular purpose.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to us in the past twelve months, or a nominal amount (e.g., US$100) if you paid nothing.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or goodwill.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Postte, its affiliates, officers and employees from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense arising from your use of Postte, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert jurisdiction, e.g., Ireland or Portugal], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  • Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in relation to these Terms or Postte shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert location].
